I know, as an agent with CRRI, you must pay 1/2 point to "scrub" a short sale file before actual negotiations and if we give CRRI`sshortsale division as was mandated by Joe Moshe, then a full poiant. Over the years our short sales were very successful if done by us as realtors or a 3rd party. My point is..how successful is this arm of CRRLI because most listings are pretty much SS

The purpose of the program is to ensure that the company stays compliant and provides a service that many of our Agents have been requesting for two years.
