Wishing one and all a great 2013! I know many of you could not wait to be done with 2012…. It brought many challenges to all of us. We hope this New Year is outstanding, both personally and professionally, for every one of us.
- Please join with us to welcome our newest staff member Jennifer Kobel. She will be handling the front desk, the collection of listing documents and will be interfacing regularly with our Agents. Jennifer worked for Prudential Douglas Elliman, in various capacities for over ten years and she has a Business degree from Briarcliffe College. We are so delighted to have this accomplished addition to our office team.
- We will be emptying our Agent Mailbox (the black filing cabinet in the rear of our office) at the end of next week. All Agent Mail that has not been picked up, will be discarded after that time. Please come in and check for yourselves.
- Our new Short Sale Division is up and running. I will be sending out a “cheat sheet” tomorrow so that you each have all the basics at your fingertips. However, effective immediately, there is a new Short Sale tab on the Agent Portal of the Charles Rutenberg website which has a direct link to the “Done-for-You” and paperwork you need to process Short Sales.
- Our Independent Contractor and Commissions & Fees Agreements for 2013 have been updated and are available for your review on our website under the Office Policy tab. Please review, sign and send these documents to us at registration@crrli.net or drop them at the office, at your convenience.
- 1099s will be mailed to you directly from our Accounts at the end of the month. If your mailing address has changed this year, please make sure we are notified immediately.
- If your credit card information has changed please update us for the New Year.
