Why do Realtors leave their current Brokerage to start anew with someone else?
With over 1000 agents at Charles Rutenberg Realty, we’ve heard alot of reasons why our agents have chosen to leave their brokerage and join us. They are most likely not the reasons you would think off the top-of-your-head, but they are in fact the most important reasons.
So, if you’re thinking about making a switch, do it for these 3 important reasons:
Reason # 1: For Leadership
Constant communication and strong relationships are must in a brokerage. Given a chance to identify an agent’s concerns, a good brokerage can solve any type of problem before it escalates into something big. Our agents want feedback and to maintain communication. A broker should only be a phone call, email or a visit away.
Number 2: The culture
The culture of a brokerage is very important. Why? This is the place where you would be working, which is a large part of your day. Coaching, training, inspiration, family and friendship is what we offer our agents! And to enjoy their life. The office cultural environment is the glue that keeps our agents with us, and our staff works hard to maintain this warm environment.
Number 3: 100% Commission
There’s no way we could write this post without mentioning that our agents come to Charles Rutenberg to earn 100% commission. Need we say more? Agents want to earn 100% of their hard-earned commission and we believe in that.
