Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker Kent Markgraf and his sister-in-law Carol Wesemann, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, recently took the charge in opening a NEW Sayville office, right along the town’s busy Montauk Highway/Main Street corridor. For Kent, the Branch Manager, and Carol, the main Agent Liaison, opening an office together was a natural next step in their Real Estate careers. Combined, the pair has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry – both as salespeople and, in Kent’s case, as an attorney and broker.
As natives to the South Shore of Long Island, Kent and Carol decided to focus their primary attention on the area from Oakdale/Bohemia through Holbrook/Patchogue. However, they aren’t limited only to those areas and have had recent sales in Smithtown and Moriches. When Charles Rutenberg Realty became ready to boost their presence on Suffolk’s South Shore, Kent and Carol jumped on the opportunity. The first order of business was to move the office down the road to a newly remodeled office location, which provides modern amenities while incorporating CRR’s business model of Agents spending more time in the field than in the office.
In re-igniting the Sayville Office, Kent and Carol have also put in place an aggressive plan to help associated Agents succeed. Using Kent’s keen legal knowledge and Carol’s long history of successful sales performance, the pair will provide marketing services, referrals, legal guidance and review, listing services and more.
Kent is looking forward to expanding as he already has several leads lined up thanks to personal and professional connections. Existing Charles Rutenberg Realty Agents are welcome to contact Kent or Carol if they are interested in joining a top notch team.
