Howell is an Associate Broker with Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc., in Plainview. As an Agent and as an Associate Broker, he has consummated many Residential, Commercial Real Estate deals and has brokered several buy/sell business transactions, always putting his client needs first.
Howell practices Real Estate, Business Brokering and Insurance working in the Syosset-Woodbury, Jericho and Plainview areas.
He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University, a NY State Associate Brokers License as well as Series 6 &63 Securities, Life Accident & Health and Property & Casualty Broker Licenses.
LICN consists of members who deal in whole or in part in investment and commercial property. Meetings are held every month, usually on the 4th Tuesday.
