While it’s most successful Realtors have a website, is having your own website really necessary?

Will having a website take your business to the next level? If not, than what’s the point?

PLUS…Facebook has become the go-to place for consumers worldwide. All kinds of consumers, especially buyers and sellers. Everyone is on Facebook!

Establishing a online presence via Facebook is easy, effective and it’s FREE! And with the new ways to advertise your business page, for as low as a dollar a day, what’s the point of a website?

Having a website means paying a monthly fee, usally in the range of $30 and up! Are you among the group of Realtors who think spending money on a website isn’t worth it? Or, do you feel like having a website is a must to be among the top-performing agents?

With over 1000 agents, we’ve seen it all at Charles Rutenberg Realty when it comes to having an online presence. And, here’s what we can tell you about having a website:

There’s no doubt about it, having a real estate website IS important! It conveys to prospects and clients that you are serious about your career and that you’ve taken the time to invest in your business. Meaning, you plan to be around for the “longer” haul. However, having a website is not the KEY FACTOR that guarantees your success. In other words, DON’T depend on a website to make you more money. Nothing replaces hard work, dedication, persistance and effort into taking your career to the next level.

A website is a just part of the whole picture! And so is a having Facebook page.
